Grace Rupp, LGSW
Therapist
Grace Rupp is a clinical social worker who supports clients navigating trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, emotional disconnection, and other experiences that can leave people feeling overwhelmed or “stuck.” She believes healing is not only a cognitive process, but also a deeply physical and emotional one, and she works with clients to strengthen the connection between mind and body.
Grace provides a warm, empathetic, and neurodiversity-affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. She integrates Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mind-body somatic approaches to help clients build a greater sense of safety, self-awareness, and self-expression. She is also expanding her training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and complex trauma treatment with Janina Fisher.
Before transitioning into clinical social work, Grace served as an AmeriCorps volunteer and worked in policy roles advocating for trauma survivors within legal and academic systems. These experiences continue to inform her clinical work and deepen her understanding of the systemic challenges clients may face.
Grace Rupp practices under the supervision of Madelyn Keefe, LICSW.
