Contractual Therapist (LGSW / LICSW)

We are seeking Licensed Social Workers (LGSW or LICSW) to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adults in Washington, DC. This role is well-suited for clinicians seeking flexible, remote work within a supportive practice environment, with strong administrative and credentialing support.

    • Provide individual psychotherapy via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform

    • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

    • Participate in supervision or consultation, as applicable

    • Uphold ethical, professional, and legal standards of social work practice

    • $50-60 per clinical hour

    • Insurance credentialing and paneling support provided

    • Administrative support for scheduling and billing

    • HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform provided

    • Minimum of 10 client hours per week required for weekly clinical supervision (for LGSW clinicians)

    • Weekly supervision provided by an independently licensed clinician, in compliance with DC Board of Social Work requirements

    • LICSW clinicians are not required to receive supervision but may participate in consultation as desired

    • Hold an active LGSW or LICSW license in Washington, DC

    • License must be in good standing with the DC Board of Social Work

    • Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 10 client hours per week

    • Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills

    • Experience with telehealth preferred (training and support provided)
